Human resources development at SIG At SIG, responsibility for the professional development of our employees is shouldered by several departments. On the one hand, we consider HR development to be an unequivocal task of management. We expect our executives to be capable of identifying the potentials of the individuals reporting to them and of optimally supporting their progress. A key task of HR is the encouragement of „Potentials“, succession planning and the promotion of the next generation of talents. On the other hand, each individual employee is considered as also being responsible for his/her own professional development. We have a strong preference for employees who are performance-oriented, self-assured and critical, who contribute mentally and who are able to speak up when they realize that they need support in their personal development.
