Rank Nominates New SIG Board Members Rank Group Holdings Ltd. nominated the following individuals as members of the new SIG Board: Graeme Hart and Thomas Degnan as representatives of Rank Group Holdings Ltd., Robert Lombardini, current SIG Board member, Rolf-Dieter Rademacher, current CEO of SIG and Jakob Höhn, partner at the law firm Pestalozzi Lachenal Patry, Zurich.
